Older Adults
CareBridge Connect supports older adults who benefit from consistent companionship, routine, and supervision in their daily lives. Our services focus on meaningful social engagement, safety monitoring, assistance with daily structure, and accompaniment for community activities or errands. We help older adults remain active, connected, and supported while giving families confidence that their loved one is not alone and is receiving attentive, non-medical support. Families receive regular communication and dependable scheduling they can trust.
Adults with Autism
CareBridge Connect provides structured, non-medical companionship and life skills support for adults with autism who are seeking greater independence, routine, and social engagement. Our companions assist with daily structure, communication practice, community participation, and job-readiness skills in a supportive, respectful environment. Families receive ongoing communication and optional weekly progress updates to help track engagement, routines, and personal development.
